How can I make 12 FSFCU Debit Card Transactions each month?

Debit Card Purchases are far easier than you think. How about the grocery store? Use your debit card to purchase gas, groceries and more!

Do ATM withdrawals count towards my Debit Card Transactions?

No, only Point-of-Sale transactions.

I see that Online Banking and Electronic Statements are required. Is there a charge for this service?

No, both of these services are absolutely FREE.

Is this right, I can get $6.00 of ATM Fees Nationwide, absolutely free each month?

Yes, we will reimburse you for domestic ATM fees up to $6.00 per "monthly qualification cycle" in which you qualified. ATM fee reimbursements will be credited to your account on the last day of your statement cycle. If you believe that you have not been reimbursed the correct amount, please contact us. We must hear from you no later than 30 days after the statement cycle where the reimbursement was applicable.

What happens if I fail to meet the minimum requirements each month?

Your account will still earn dividends at 0.05% APY. However, ATM fees will not be refunded. Each month is looked at as an entirely separate cycle. You will be ready to start over the next month.

Is REWARDChecking® rate guaranteed, will it change?

The rate itself is not guaranteed. The dividend rates and annual percentage yield (APY) may change monthly as determined by Management.

If I meet the requirements, when will I receive my rewards?

Dividends and ATM fee reimbursements will be credited to the account on the first processing day of the following Statement Cycle.

What happens if I am short by one transaction, can you make an exception for me?

Unfortunately, REWARDChecking® is governed very strictly and in an entirely automated fashion. This means we can't make exceptions, but you have the next month to try again.
