Mobile Banking (Smart Phone) App - New Features Released!

We are always looking to improve our online products and mobile banking is fast becoming many peoples primary method of online financial management. Our most recent update changed the design and layout of our mobile  app and added a few new tools to make your experience eaiser, faster and more successful. Here are a few of the features:

  • The new user interface (UI) provides a modern look and feel that will appeal to members who look to their smartphone as their primary online financial management tool. Screens based on large buttons and tiles make it easier to tap successfully on the action you want.
  • Several areas of the app have been streamlined to create faster workflows for members who are looking for a quick, easy experience. Actions like checking account balances and transactions have been consolidated into one screen letting you see account details and transaction history at the same time.
  • In other places new tools have been created to reduce the number of steps needed to take an action. For instance, choosing Pay Total or Pay Minimum allows you to skip entering the amount and date.
  • Need to pay someone? Now you can find them in your phone Contact list and use the information stored there to send them money.
  • The ability to support multiple logins, allowing you to access business, family, or other accounts not associated with your standard login.
  • You have the ability to see transactions that have been entered, but have not completed processing. These transactions are marked as “Pending” in the Transaction History.
  • You are also able to view your check images to help you better identify your transactions.

Registering for Mobile Banking

View your account balances, your history, transfer funds and pay your bills using our Mobile Banking suite. It is easy to register and quick to install:

  • Sign in to Online Banking
  • Select the Mobile option from the top of the page.
  • You can register for one or all of our mobile products:
    •  Mobile App
    • Mobile Website
    • Text Message Banking
    • Mobile AlertsRegister your cell phone number and we will send you a text with links to download and access our app and mobile site
  • If you choose to register for Text Message Banking we will send you a text with an activation code to sync your phone with our system
  • Once you have registered and activated your phone or downloaded and installed our app you are set
  • Enjoy access to your accounts in the palm of your hand

Mobile Deposit Enrollment

*Mobile Deposit requires a password to be established on your account with FSFCU. The enrollment process may take up to 4 business days to utilize the service.

With Mobile Deposit, you can deposit your checks electronically through your smartphone safely and securely, anytime, anywhere.

  • Download the Mobile Deposit app to your smartphone by searching for FSFCU Mobile Deposit
  • Click the FAQ button at the bottom of the menu bar
  • Complete the FSFCU Mobile Deposit Enrollment form and press the Submit button
    • Users may also submit an enrollment form:
      • Through
      • Mail
      • Fax to (580) 250-8149
      • At any FSFCU branch
  • FSFCU will send you an e-mail within 2 business days
  • Once an approval is received, you must allow 24 hours for activation

Mobile Deposit Registration

  • Open the Mobile Deposit app register as a New Mobile User
  • Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
  • Press the Next button
  • In the Member Verification screen, enter your member number and add a zero “0” at the end
  • Your registration password is the password set at the time of your account opening (Contact a member service representative to set up a password if one was not established) *Note: The password is case sensitive
  • Enter your birthdate
  • Press the Verify button
  • To set up Mobile Deposit with your preferred log-in information, choose a Username (must be between 6-20 characters and cannot contain any spaces)
  • Choose a Password
    • Length must be between 8-14 characters
    • Must not contain the greater than or less than symbols (< >)
    • Must contain at least one uppercase character (A-Z)
    • Must contain at least one special character
  • Confirm your Password
  • Press the Submit button
  • Once all of the information has been submitted, you will be taken to the Home Page of the Mobile Deposit app

Mobile Deposits

  • Press the “+” button at the top of the home page of the Mobile Deposit app
  • Select an account to deposit the funds into (Savings or Checking)
  • Input the amount written on the check
  • Take a photo (in landscape mode) of the front of the check (the picture must contain the routing number, account number, and check number)
  • Ensure that the item is endorsed on the back of the check, and the words “For Mobile Deposit Only To FSFCU” is included below the signature line *Note: Non-compliance with this may cause the deposit to be rejected
  • Press the Submit button
  • You will be taken back to the Home Screen of the app
  • To see “Complete” or “Pending” deposits, you must log out of the app and log back in. The Home Screen will display the deposit(s)
  • Check deposits are subject to verification and may not be available immediately
  • Checks deposited Monday – Friday before 3:00 PM CST will be processed the same day
  • Checks deposited after 3:00 PM CST may be processed the next business day
  • Visit the FAQ link on the app for eligibility, allowable checks, proper endorsement, maintenance, and questions regarding Mobile Deposit
