We are always looking to improve our online products and mobile banking is fast becoming many peoples primary method of online financial management. Below you will find some of the key features of our most recent updates which we hope will make your experience easier, faster and more successful.

  • FREE Text Fraud Alerts - If we suspect a fraudulent transaction associated with your card, a text message will be sent to you immediately.
  • Mobile Deposit is now available in our Mobile Banking app! No registration, no hassle. Start depositing checks using your mobile device today. Find out more here...
  • Mobile Payments are now available for Android Pay, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay! Turn your mobile device in to a digital wallet. It is Fast, Secure and Reliable.
  • Fingerprint ID - Login to the app with one of the securest methods around, your fingerprint! Available on both Android and Apple devices.
  • Bill Capture - Use your device's camera to set up a new Bill Pay payee. Snap a picture of your paper bill and never worry about sending cash or checks in the mail again! 
  • Instant Balance - Now you can view your account balances on the mobile app without having to log in using your username and password. Simply turn Instant Balance, select up to 6 accounts you want to view and confirm your selection. That's it! 
  • Online Banking Tablet App. All the features of our smartphone app, but specifically designed for tablets. Available now in the Google Play and Apple App store is our. 
  • Need to pay someone? Now you can find them in your phone Contact list and use the information stored there to send them money.
  • The ability to support multiple logins, allowing you to access business, family, or other accounts not associated with your standard login.
  • You have the ability to see transactions that have been entered, but have not completed processing. These transactions are marked as “Pending” in the Transaction History.

Registering for Mobile Banking

View your account balances, your history, transfer funds and pay your bills using our Mobile Banking suite. It is easy to register and quick to install:

  • Sign in to Online Banking
  • Select the Mobile option from the top of the page.
  • You can register for one or all of our mobile products:
    •  Mobile App
    • Mobile Website
    • Text Message Banking
    • Mobile Alerts Register: your cell phone number and we will send you a text with links to download and access our app and mobile site
  • If you choose to register for Text Message Banking we will send you a text with an activation code to sync your phone with our system
  • Once you have registered and activated your phone or downloaded and installed our app you are set
  • Enjoy access to your accounts in the palm of your hand 

Mobile Deposit

Need to deposit a check? Try using Mobile Deposit! Available in our Mobile Banking app, you can deposit a check with just the snap of your camera. It is easy and a great time saver. Below are some instructions on how to get started:

  • Open the FSFCU Mobile Banking app on your mobile device and login.
  • Tap the "Deposit" option at the bottom of the home screen.
  • Tap "Deposit Check"
  • Select the account you want to deposit the check to.
  • Enter the amount written on the check and then tap on "Front Image - Take photo of check"
  • Take a photo (in landscape mode) of the front of the check (the picture must contain the routing number, account number, and check number)
  • Take a photo (inLandscape mode) of the back of the check. Ensure that the item is endorsed on the back of the check, and the words “For Mobile Deposit Only To FSFCU” is included below the signature line *Note: Non-compliance with this may cause the deposit to be rejected
  • Press the Next button.
  • Review and Confirm your check deposit. That's all there is to it!
  • To view your Mobile Deposit History, select the "Deposit" option at the bottom of the home screen.
  • Tap the "Check Deposit History" button.
  • At the top you can view All, Accepted, Pending and Failed check deposits for the last 30 days.
  • Tap the check deposit you wish to review to see more details and the check image.
