What devices are supported with Android Pay?

Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8+, Galaxy S7, Galaxy 7 Edge, Galaxy 7 Active. Android Pay™ is available on NFC-enabled Android devices with an Android 4.4 (Kit Kat) or higher operating system. Please visit for a full list of devices.


Is Android Pay Secure?

Yes, when making a purchase the Android Pay app requests Masked Wallet information which hides your payment card number. Google then returns a Masked Wallet Response with an approval. Your full credit card number is not used nor transferred to the merchant; the app creates a virtual card number.


Where can I use Android Pay?

Android Pay is accepted at over one million stores across the U.S. and will soon be available in thousands of Android apps. Look for the contactless or Android Pay symbol at participating merchants and apps. See a list of participating merchants at

Which FSFCU Visa® cards will I be able to use with Android Pay?

All FSFCU Visa® Debit cards, Classic, Gold and Platinum credit cards are eligible for use with Android Pay.


Will FSFCU charge a fee when I use Android Pay?

FSFCU will not charge our members a usage fee.


Can I put multiple cards on my Android Pay?

Yes, you can store multiple payment cards with Android Pay.


What is a default card?

The first card you add to Android Pay becomes your default payment card. This is the card that will be charged when you pay with your phone. The first card you added is your default card unless you change it.


How do I change my default card?

To change your default card, simply select the card you want from the Home screen and touch “Set as default card.” You can also hold and drag your card to the “Default card” slot at the top of your Home screen.


What is a Device Account Number?

For security, and to protect your card number, a Device Account Number (sometimes referred to as a token account number) is created when you add your FSFCU Visa® card to Android Pay. This is a separate and unique device-specific number linked to your FSFCU card. This Device Account Number may be different from your plastic card number. The last four digits of your Device Account Number is listed under the last four digits of your FSFCU card number (click on the Information icon on your FSFCU card) and should be used whenever an Android Pay merchant requests the last four digits of your card number.


How do I get a refund or return merchandise with Android Pay?

To return something you bought with Android Pay you'll need your store receipt, just like you would for any other purchase. If the merchant asks you to swipe your card, simply hold the back of your phone to the contactless payment terminal. For some returns, you might have to provide the last 4 digits of your virtual account number. You can find your virtual account number on the card details screen in your Android Pay app.


What happens when FSFCU sends me a new card after it is added to Android Pay? How do I remove an old card from Android Pay?

When a new card is issued to you by FSFCU, with an updated expiration date or new card number, you will need to remove the old card from Android and add the new card. To remove a card, select the card you want to remove, click the “Remove” option which is located under the card’s information then confirm your deletion request on the next screen. If you accidentally delete the wrong card you will have to add the card again.


What if my FSFCU card is lost or stolen after it is added to Android Pay?

If you believe your device or Android Pay card information has been lost, stolen or compromised in any way, call us immediately at 580-353-2124 or toll free at 800-654-9885 and mention that you participate in Android Pay. You should also remove the lost or stolen card by using the “Remove Card” option. When you receive your replacement card, you will need to add the new card to Android Pay before use.

How do I use Android Pay in-store?

To pay in-store simply unlock your mobile device and place it near a contactless terminal.


How close to the payment terminal do I have to have my mobile device when using Android Pay?

Your mobile device needs to be very close to the payment terminal and may need to be touching the terminal in some instances to activate Android Pay.
